By Students, For Students.

Pharmacy school can feel overwhelming — from exams and placements to career decisions and confidence. Our student-led mentorship scheme is designed to support pharmacy students through near-peer mentoring, honest conversations, and practical guidance from those just a few steps ahead.

This is a supportive space to ask questions, gain clarity, and feel less alone in your pharmacy journey.

what do we offer

  • Academic & University Support

Get practical advice on:

  • Managing pharmacy workload and revision

  • Preparing for exams, calculations, and OSCEs

  • Making the most of placements

  • Balancing university, work, and wellbeing

All advice is based on recent, real student experience — not theory

  • Career Exploration & Direction

We help students:

  • Understand different pharmacy career pathways

  • Explore options early (summer roles, placements, societies)

  • Ask the right questions when speaking to pharmacists or employers

This scheme is about exploration and preparation, not telling you what career to choose.

  • Peer Support & Confidence

A core part of our scheme is support.
We provide a safe, judgment-free space to talk about:

  • Imposter syndrome

  • Stress and exam anxiety

  • Feeling behind or unsure

  • Adjusting to pharmacy school and placements

Sometimes the most valuable support is knowing you’re not the only one feeling this way.
