All of our courses and downloads are digital products. Once a course or product has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

This is because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned like a physical product.

We may offer a refund under the following conditions:

• You purchased the course by mistake and did not access or download any materials

• You experienced a technical issue that prevented access and we were unable to resolve it within 7 days
