1. Use of the Website

This site is intended for individuals aged 16 or older, specifically those preparing for pharmacy-related university applications. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to comply with these Terms

2. Products and services

PharmAspire provides educational products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Digital learning resources (e.g. notes, guides, PDFs)

  • Live tutoring sessions (individual or group-based)

  • Structured programmes and bootcamps

All products and services are designed to support learning and exam preparation. They are provided for educational purposes only and should be used alongside independent study.

Service Delivery:

  • Live sessions are delivered online and may be conducted in group or individual formats

  • The structure, content, and delivery of sessions may vary depending on the programme

Content & Updates:

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve any product, session, or programme at any time

  • This includes changes to content, scheduling, delivery format, or resources provided

Expectations:

  • Outcomes may vary between individuals

  • Results depend on factors such as attendance, engagement, and independent study

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving access to a learning service and not a guaranteed outcome.

3. Purchases and access

All products and services offered by PharmAspire are provided as digital content or online services.

Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the purchased product or service. Access is provided as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

You do not acquire ownership of any materials.

Access Conditions:

  • Access will only be granted once full payment has been successfully processed

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details and ensure you can access the materials

  • We are not responsible for access issues caused by incorrect information or user-side technical problems

Account Use:

  • Access is intended for a single user only

  • Sharing login details or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited

Access Rights:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Content is shared, distributed, or misused

  • Payment is disputed or reversed (e.g. chargebacks)

We may update, modify, or improve our content and services at any time to maintain quality and relevance.

4. Tutoring & Live Sessions

Live tutoring sessions are delivered online via platforms such as Google Meet.

It is the student’s responsibility to:

  • Attend sessions on time

  • Ensure a stable internet connection and suitable working environment

Late arrivals:

  • Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time

  • Additional time will not be provided for late attendance

Missed sessions:

  • If a session is missed or not attended, it is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled

Cancellations:

  • Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable

Technical issues:

  • We are not responsible for disruptions caused by the student’s internet connection or device

  • If a session cannot proceed due to issues on our side, a reschedule or refund will be offered

Conduct:

  • Students are expected to behave respectfully during sessions

  • Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session or programme without refund

We reserve the right to modify session delivery where necessary.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of notes, guides, and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

For live tutoring sessions:

  • Refunds are only available if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session

  • Missed or unattended sessions are non-refundable

For bootcamps and programmes delivered via subscription:

  • By enrolling, you agree to recurring payments at the selected billing interval (e.g. weekly or monthly)

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period

  • No further payments will be taken after cancellation

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial billing periods

  • Missed sessions or lack of attendance

  • Lack of engagement or perceived lack of improvement

Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing date to avoid further charges.

By purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy.

6. user conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share or distribute course materials

  • Record sessions without permission

  • Engage in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour

We reserve the right to remove access without refund if these terms are violated.

7. intellectual property

All materials provided by PharmAspire, including but not limited to notes, PDFs, videos, lesson content, and resources, are the intellectual property of PharmAspire and are protected by copyright laws.

When you purchase a product or service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or resell any materials

  • Upload content to public or private platforms (including group chats or file-sharing sites)

  • Record, copy, or reproduce live sessions without permission

  • Allow others to access your account or purchased content

We actively monitor misuse and reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access without refund

  • Take further action where necessary

8. Disclaimer

All content and services provided by PharmAspire are for educational purposes only.

While we aim to ensure accuracy and relevance, we make no guarantees that all materials are complete, up-to-date, or applicable to every exam board or specification.

Academic success depends on multiple factors including individual effort, independent study, and exam conditions. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific grades, results, or outcomes.

Users are responsible for how they apply the information provided.

9. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PharmAspire shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Academic outcomes such as exam results or university admissions

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss resulting from reliance on our materials

  • Technical issues outside of our control (e.g. internet connectivity or platform outages)

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Website Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or services and are not responsible for downtime or technical issues.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
