3. Purchases and access
All products and services offered by PharmAspire are provided as digital content or online services.
Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the purchased product or service. Access is provided as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
You do not acquire ownership of any materials.

4. Tutoring & Live Sessions
Live tutoring sessions are delivered online via platforms such as Google Meet.
It is the student’s responsibility to:

Attend sessions on time

Ensure a stable internet connection and suitable working environment
Late arrivals:

Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time

Additional time will not be provided for late attendance
Missed sessions:

If a session is missed or not attended, it is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled
Cancellations:

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable
Technical issues:

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by the student’s internet connection or device

If a session cannot proceed due to issues on our side, a reschedule or refund will be offered
Conduct:

Students are expected to behave respectfully during sessions

Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session or programme without refund
We reserve the right to modify session delivery where necessary.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of notes, guides, and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
For live tutoring sessions:

Refunds are only available if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session

Missed or unattended sessions are non-refundable
For bootcamps and programmes delivered via subscription:

By enrolling, you agree to recurring payments at the selected billing interval (e.g. weekly or monthly)

You may cancel your subscription at any time

Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period

No further payments will be taken after cancellation
We do not offer refunds for:

Partial billing periods

Missed sessions or lack of attendance

Lack of engagement or perceived lack of improvement
Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
By purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy.

When you purchase a product or service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

Upload content to public or private platforms (including group chats or file-sharing sites)

Record, copy, or reproduce live sessions without permission

Allow others to access your account or purchased content

While we aim to ensure accuracy and relevance, we make no guarantees that all materials are complete, up-to-date, or applicable to every exam board or specification.
