Pharmacy Mock Interview
Service Description
Pharmacy Interview Preparation – MMI & Panel Mock Sessions with Structured Feedback I provide tailored pharmacy interview preparation sessions for aspiring students applying to MPharm degree programmes. My support focuses on building confidence, improving communication skills, and preparing students to perform well under pressure in both Multiple Mini Interviews (MMIs) and panel-style interviews. MMI Mock Interviews: I simulate realistic MMI stations covering a range of key themes, including ethical dilemmas, communication skills, empathy, problem-solving, professionalism, and NHS/healthcare awareness. Each station is timed and structured to replicate real interview conditions. After each round, I offer targeted feedback to help students identify strengths and areas for improvement, with actionable tips on how to enhance their responses and body language. Panel Mock Interviews: I conduct traditional panel-style interview simulations, asking common pharmacy interview questions related to motivation, understanding of the profession, values-based scenarios, teamwork, and reflective practice. I assess the student's clarity, structure, confidence, and pharmacy knowledge throughout the session, offering verbal and written feedback afterwards. Feedback Approach: I provide clear, constructive, and supportive feedback after every session, highlighting what went well and offering practical strategies for improvement. I also provide model answers, frameworks (e.g., STAR technique), and guidance on how to align responses with GPhC values and NHS core principles.
