About
This course is designed to prepare students for the ethical, professionalism-based, and situational judgement questions that commonly appear in pharmacy interviews, MMIs, and assessment centres. You will be guided through 15 carefully selected, high-yield scenarios that reflect real situations faced in community, hospital, and academic pharmacy settings. Each scenario is presented exactly as it would be asked in an interview, followed by a high-scoring model answer and a step-by-step breakdown of why that answer scores well. Rather than memorising scripts, the course teaches you how interviewers think and mark. You will learn how to identify the ethical issue being tested, prioritise patient safety, work within your role, escalate concerns appropriately, and communicate in a calm, professional manner. Particular emphasis is placed on avoiding the common mistakes that cause otherwise strong candidates to lose marks. The scenarios cover a wide range of themes, including: confidentiality and data protection professionalism under pressure honesty and accountability when mistakes occur speaking up about safety concerns safeguarding and vulnerable patients managing conflict and difficult behaviour working within your competence reliability, punctuality, and responsibility For each scenario, you are shown not only what to say, but why to say it. Explanations break down the ethical principles involved, what interviewers are listening for, what weaker candidates typically say, and how the same scenario may appear in an SJT ranking format.
